Alex McFarland

Alex McFarland is an evangelist, an apologetics teacher, an author, and a prominent media voice on behalf of Biblical worldview and culture. He is the founder of Truth for a New Generation apologetics conferences and has spoken or debated at over 200 universities throughout the world. Some of his recent books include 100 Bible Questions and Answers on Prophecy and the End Times; 100 Bible Questions and Answers: Inspiring Truths, Historical Facts, Practical Insights; 100 Bible Questions and Answers for Families: Inspiring Truths, Helpful Explanations; The Assault on America: How to Defend Our Nation Before It’s Too Late!; and Stand: Core Truths You Must Know for an Unshakable Faith.

Alex is passionate about growing the body of Christ and helping fellow believers stand strong in the faith. He was the first Director of Teen Apologetics for Focus on the Family and is the former president of Southern Evangelical Seminary and College. He currently serves as Director of Biblical Worldview at Charis Bible College. Alex is married to Angie, his wife of 35 years, and they live in North Carolina.

Gary Habermas

Gary Habermas is a leading Christian apologist, the author or co-author of over 50 books and 100 articles and reviews in journals and magazines. He has given over 1,500 lectures in approximately 100 universities, seminaries, colleges, and churches. Habermas holds a Ph.D. in History and Philosophy of Religion from Michigan State University as well as an M.A. in Philosophical Theology from the University of Detroit. He currently acts as distinguished research professor at Liberty University, where he has taught for the past 40 years. His main areas of research include the philosophical study of miracles, near-death experiences, the historical Jesus, and the historicity of the resurrection of Jesus. Habermas’ books include Dealing With Doubt; The Thomas Factor: Using Your Doubts to Grow Closer to God; and Why Is God Ignoring Me? What to Do When It Feels Like He’s Giving You the Silent Treatment.
