Alex McFarland
ALEX MCFARLAND is a Christian apologist, an author, an evangelist, a religion and culture analyst, and an advocate for Biblical truth. He has spoken at over 2,200 churches throughout North America and numerous more internationally. He founded Truth for a New Generation apologetic conferences and has debated at more than 200 universities throughout the world. McFarland co-hosts the daily radio show, Exploring the Word. He is the author of several titles, including 100 Bible Questions and Answers on Prophecy and the End Times; 100 Bible Questions and Answers: Inspiring Truths, Historical Facts, Practical Insights; 100 Bible Questions and Answers for Families: Inspiring Truth, Helpful Explanations; The Assault on America: How to Defend Our Nation Before It’s Too Late!; and Stand: Core Truths You Must Know for an Unshakable Faith. He was the first Director of Teen Apologetics for Focus on the Family and is the former president of Southern Evangelical Seminary and College. McFarland is a guitar collector and has played onstage with the Beach Boys. He is also a peanut butter enthusiast and has his own peanut butter brand. He and his wife, Angie, live in North Carolina.
Lauren Green
LAUREN GREEN serves as the chief religion correspondent for the Fox News Channel (FNC) in the New York bureau. She joined FNC in 1996 and has since covered some of the world’s most significant events, including the election of two popes. As a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Green has also previously served as a weekend news anchor and correspondent at WBBM-TV (CBS-20) in Chicago, Illinois. From 1988 to 1993, she was a general assignment reporter at KSTP-TV (ABC-5) in St. Paul, Minnesota. Green is a concert pianist with a degree in piano performance from the University of Minnesota and has interviewed some of the most prominent people in the classical music world, including Placido Domingo, Pierre Boulez, and Joshua Bell. In 2004, Green released her debut album, “Classical Beauty.” Green is also the author of the devotional Light for Today (2024) and Lighthouse Faith: God as a Living Reality in a World Immersed in God (2017). Named Miss Minnesota in 1984, she was the third runner-up in the 1985 Miss America contest.
Dillon Burroughs
DILLON BURROUGHS is a respected communicator on today’s Christian issues. He holds a bachelor’s in Communications from Indiana State University, a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Leadership from Carolina University. Burroughs has authored or co-authored nearly 40 books. His bestselling Facts On series and Comparing Christianity series have sold millions of copies. As an editor, Burroughs has worked on books with numerous bestselling authors. He has served as associate editor for the CSB Apologetics Study Bible for Students and contributed to the Harvest Handbook of Apologetics and The Popular Encyclopedia of Apologetics. He is an Assistant Professor at Liberty University and a regular guest host of Exploring the Word on American Family Radio with Alex McFarland and Bert Harper. Burroughs and his wife, Deborah, live in Tennessee with their three children.
