“My ways are higher than your ways” (Isaiah 55:9, CBD). We will inevitably experience problems and frustrations when we try to serve God the world’s way. The world seeks to exalt itself, but God’s ways glorify Him. Having the same heart and mind as God does not come naturally to us, but we can learn how through His Word. Come spend time in God’s presence and explore what it means to live your life His way.
Richard Blackaby
RICHARD BLACKABY is president of Blackaby Ministries International. He has a Ph.D. in church history from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has previously served as a senior pastor and a seminary president. Richard regularly works with Christian business executives and pastors. He travels extensively—domestically and internationally—to speak on spiritual leadership, experiencing God, revival, and God in the marketplace. He currently hosts The Richard Blackaby Leadership Podcast. He has written and co-authored over 40 books, including Experiencing God: Revised Edition; Living Out of the Overflow; The Ways of God; Experiencing God in Everyday Life. This seminar is based on his most recent book, Following Jesus: God’s Ancient Path to Spiritual Maturity. Richard and his wife, Lisa, live in Atlanta. They have three children, who all serve in ministry, and are blessed with eight grandchildren.
Leigh Cappillino
Leigh Cappillino is a singer, songwriter, author and member of the Grammy-nominated and multi-Dove Award Winning vocal trio, Point of Grace. She is an Alumni of the group ‘Truth,’ and served for seven years as worship leader with ‘Women of Faith’ conferences. Leigh is the mother of two and makes her home in middle Tennessee with her husband, Dana.
