ERWIN LUTZER is pastor emeritus of The Moody Church in Chicago, Illinois, where he faithfully served for 36 years. He is an international radio teacher featured on Running to Win—a daily Bible-teaching broadcast—and Songs in the Night, among other programs that air on more than 1,000 outlets around the world. As a conference speaker, he has led speaking engagements in the U.S., Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Germany, Scotland, Guatemala, and Japan. Lutzer is also the award-winning author of more than 30 books, including The Church in Babylon, Rescuing the Gospel, One Minute After You Die, We Will Not Be Silenced, and Hitler’s Cross—a Christian Bookseller’s Gold Medallion Award winner. He and his wife, Rebecca, have co-written Life-Changing Bible Verses You Should Know and Jesus, Lover of a Woman’s Soul. They have three grown children and eight grandchildren.
